Hospitality 360 Program

"We're going to be calculating an ROI on this well into the future."

Hospitality 360 (H360) is hospitality at its finest. It embeds the spirit of hospitality into the very fabric of an organization, so that each staff member lives and breathes it. Transferring effective hospitality to guests becomes an effortless part of every staff member's well being.

H360 has also received private and public funding and support from the Hilton San Jose, UNITE/HERE Local 19, the South Bay HERE Training Trust Fund, and work2future (the San Jose workforce investment board).) for work at the Hilton San Jose.

H360 is easily incorporated into all hospitality training programs. It is currently being used as the foundation for Banquet Server/Vocational English as a Second Language career upgrade training by seven hotels in the San Jose area, including the Fairmont San Jose, San Jose Marriott, Hilton San Jose, and Hyatt Place San Jose. This innovative program is funded by a Department of Labor grant to The Alliance for Language Learners Integration, Education and Success (ALLIES); and the South Bay HERE Training Trust Fund.

Work2future recognized the Hilton San Jose with its “Community Builder Award – 2006” for
this successful labor/management partnership. The Hilton San Jose and UNITE HERE Local 19 won the Outstanding Labor/Management Partnership Award for H30 from the Workforce and Economic Development Department, California Labor Federation and State of California’s Employment Development Department in 2007. This innovative program is funded by a United States Department of Labor grant to The Alliance for Language Learners Integration, Education and Success (ALLIES); and the South Bay HERE Training Trust Fund.
