H360 received private and public funding and support from the Hilton San Jose, UNITE/HERE Local 19, the South Bay HERE Training Trust Fund, and work2future (the San Jose workforce investment board).

Work2future recognized the Hilton San Jose with its “Community Builder Award – 2006” for
this successful labor/management partnership. The Hilton San Jose and UNITE HERE Local 19 won the Outstanding Labor/Management Partnership Award for H30 from the Workforce and Economic Development Department, California Labor Federation and State of California’s Employment Development Department in 2007.
