Levels of Service

All services are customized to the client’s specific organizational needs:

Level 1:  Relatively stable organizations/individuals desiring to go to the next level
Examples:  Strategic planning or team building workshops or meetings

Level 2:  Organizations/individuals with a single challenging issue, who are overall productive
Examples:  Implementing new technological systems; integrating in new management staff

Level 3:  Organizations/individuals experiencing multiple challenging issues affecting productivity and morale
Examples:  Resource cutbacks while maintaining/expanding products/services; implementing new technology or business practices, coupled with organizational restructuring and revised job duties

Level 4:  Organizations experiencing a crisis, creating major disruption in business operations
Examples:  Spiraling workers compensation costs or unscheduled lost time/absenteeism; widespread employee dissatisfaction leading to grievances or legal actions; major industry restructuring requiring overall organizational culture change.

At all levels, we focus on the rich interplay between individuals – the force which drives organizational effectiveness.  Interventions are phased in, at a pace that will not be rejected by the current workforce.

We use creative, interactive techniques which enable each individual to understand themselves and their work at the most fundamental levels.  We then build on this foundation to help organizations create lasting, positive change.
